The keyon true-Advice product suite is tailored to the needs of financial intermediaries and is based on bi-directional integration with UBS via a secure connection (true-Broker). Services include not only the user-friendly presentation of portfolios – including related transactions – but also the preparation of data in a broad variety of formats. This enables data to be imported into your in-house portfolio and order management system, or made available to an external partner via an SFTP connection. keyon true-Advice Efficient Asset Management Some of these formats and the associated external feed were included in the keyon true-Advice standard (UnaVista®, Bloomberg PORT®), while others can be prepared on commission. The keyon true-Advice standard also includes the transmission and monitoring of stock market orders, as well as the issuing of settlement instructions for external securities and foreign exchange transactions.

keyon true-Advice CSV Output Converter
Conversion of the entire data feed (transactions, positions, master data) into CSV files for further processing by a local or non-SWIFT capable portfolio management system

keyon true-Advice Reporting
Converts the entire data feed (transactions, positions, master data) into a user-friendly Excel format with comprehensive navigation options

keyon true-Advice M/L Report
keyon true-Advice M/L Report is an automated and comprehensive margin lending reporting tool for portfolio management systems (PMS) with no SWIFT capabilities. SWIFT messages and client master data from clients are automatically converted into comprehensive Excel M/L reports.

keyon true-Advice CSV/SWIFT Order Routing
Sending of stock market orders to UBS in real time. This component is used when processed orders are available in CSV or SWIFT format and are to be sent on an automated basis. A status monitor shows the successful transmission.

keyon true-Advice Securities Settlement
Sending of settlement instructions for external securities orders to UBS. Output files from Bloomberg EMSX and TSOX are processed automatically. An input mask is available for execution confirmations in different formats. A status monitor shows the progress of the settlement process.

keyon true-Advice FX Settlement Manager
Sending of instructions for settlement of externally conducted FX transactions to UBS. Confirmations of execution from FX brokers in SWIFT format are processed automatically. An input mask is available for execution confirmations in different formats. A status monitor shows the successful transmission.

keyon true-Advice FIX Order Routing
Sending of stock market orders (single and bulk orders) to UBS and monitoring of order status in real time. This component is used if the order management system concerned communicates via the FIX standard.

keyon true-Advice with Bloomberg®
Daily updating of securities and cash positions in Bloomberg®. Data is prepared overnight and uploaded to Bloomberg PORT ® via secure SFTP connection.

keyon true-Advice MiFIR Transaction
Configurable, regular reporting of executed securities transactions in accordance with MiFID II (MiFIR) standard reporting requirements to the regulator. Transaction data provided by UBS is enriched with configurable static data and can then be uploded to UnaVista®.
