The Challenge
The objective was the complete migration of all projects into a modern Kubernetes-based cluster environment within a very tight timeframe.
In addition, heterogeneous applications and systems had to be consolidated into a unified platform without disrupting ongoing projects.
The key challenge was to simultaneously ensure migration success, operational reliability and future scalability while maintaining consistently high requirements for availability and security.
Implementation
The existing system landscape was fully migrated to a Kubernetes cluster environment within a short period of time. At the same time, applications based on different technologies were successfully integrated into the new platform.
A critical success factor was the close collaboration with multiple external service providers, combined with the high responsiveness demonstrated throughout the project.
SITS stood out through its technical expertise and structured approach, even during critical project phases.
In addition, a stable operational framework was established, including reliable support services and an effective emergency support model.
