When digital processes end at the signature

Contracts, approvals and software processes have long since become digital. Without a secure signature solution, however, organisations still face media disruptions, longer processing times and additional effort to meet regulatory requirements. Code signing also introduces risks associated with compromised signing keys and untrusted code.

92 %

92 % of organisations report improved document security

Digitally signed documents help organisations increase trust, traceability, and document integrity across business processes. Organisations using e-signatures report measurable improvements in document security and compliance.

5 Minutes Average electronic signing time

Traditional paper-based approval cycles often take days. Electronic signatures can reduce signing and approval times from several days to just a few minutes, accelerating business-critical processes.

4,44 Mio $

average cost of a data breach

As digital processes grow, protecting the integrity and authenticity of documents, software, and sensitive information becomes increasingly important. The global average cost of a data breach reached USD 4.44 million in 2025.

Why companies choose keyon true-Sign

Digital signatures enable end-to-end processes, protect sensitive content and give you control over certificates, keys and signature workflows.

End-to-end digital processes without media disruptions

Electronic signatures enable fully digital processes and replace manual approvals, printouts and handwritten signatures. Documents can be integrated directly into existing workflows, shortening processing times and making operations significantly more efficient.

Reliably protect integrity and authenticity

Every digital signature confirms the origin of a document and makes subsequent changes transparent. This creates trust in business-critical documents, software and data while making their authenticity verifiable at any time.

Sign digitally and in compliance with legal requirements

keyon true-Sign supports signature procedures based on recognized international standards and enables the use of advanced and qualified electronic signatures. This helps organisations reliably meet legal and regulatory requirements without sacrificing flexible digital processes.
