Ramudden Global is a leading provider of Temporary Traffic Management (TTM) services for critical infrastructure projects. The company brings together numerous entities in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Estonia, Denmark, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Canada, and the USA. Until now, each business unit operated independently with its own infrastructure, which made it difficult to standardise cybersecurity.

Ramudden Global brings together numerous entities, each with its own IT infrastructure and individual security standards.

This decentralized organization led to a highly fragmented cybersecurity landscape with different partners, tools, and awareness levels.

The challenge was to harmonize this diversity and create a central security baseline.

At the same time, a partner was needed who not only brought technical expertise but also the ability to flexibly adapt to different maturity levels and requirements.

SITS now acts as a sparring partner for Ramudden’s IT leaders and supports topics such as MFA policies, awareness, and insurance optimization.

Implementation

From concept to centrally managed security structure: Step by step towards unified cyber defense.
The introduction of the solution took place in close coordination with the individual locations. Instead of a rigid rollout, each business unit was integrated individually, depending on infrastructure and maturity.

Playbooks were developed together with the client, processes defined, and responsibilities clearly distributed. SITS took over operational responsibility for security monitoring, including alert handling and incident response..
